Refund Policy

1. Overview

EduVijna Technologies LLP (“EduVijna”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides AI-powered academic services to schools and educational institutions on a subscription basis.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for payments made towards EduVijna subscriptions and services.

2. Subscription-Based Services

EduVijna operates on a per-student subscription model billed monthly, quarterly, or annually as agreed with the institution.

All payments made for subscription plans are considered final and non-refundable, except as stated in this policy.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a customer has made a duplicate payment due to technical error, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.
  • Incorrect Billing: If a billing error is identified and verified by our team, the excess charged amount will be refunded or adjusted in future invoices.
  • Service Non-Activation: If payment has been made but the EduVijna service has not been activated within 7 working days due to a fault solely attributable to EduVijna, a refund may be issued upon request.
4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Partial usage of subscription period
  • Failure to use the platform
  • Dissatisfaction due to lack of familiarity with features
  • Expired subscription periods
  • Institutional policy changes after activation
5. Cancellation Policy

Institutions may cancel renewal of their subscription by providing written notice at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle the institution to a refund for the current billing period.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment
  • Transaction charges, if any, may be deducted
7. Force Majeure

EduVijna shall not be liable for refunds due to service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or technical disruptions from third-party providers.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to refunds shall be governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
